“I enjoyed that my son was able to be himself as well as the other children being able to express themselves and no judgment stares, just families helping one another.”

-A Parent who attended the Bluey event

“This was a perfect first event to take my son to as we have not been able to take him many places due to eloping or being overwhelmed easily and he did great and loved it all!”

- A Parent who attended the Bluey Event

“It was an experience I believe others should have. It made me feel better to take my son out and not be afraid of him being different.”

-A parent who attended the Bluet event

“It was overall a positive experience that my family truly enjoyed and look forward to joining again in the future. We felt very comfortable, especially considering one of our children does not sit through an entire showing.. She instead likes to walk and dance around, and even through the hyperactivity, Girasol provided a safe place where my children and others could be themselves freely, all while enjoying watching a movie. 10/10 experience!”

“I enjoyed Being able to be a part of an experience tailored towards children with sensory needs. It was also nice to learn of the families who were able to enjoy a movie for the first time thanks to the accommodations provided by Girasol.”

“I loved that I didn't feel as anxious having my youngest in the movie. It was his 3rd movie 2nd time with it being a special showing for autistic children. But he lasted through the whole movie. Ans you guys were so accommodating with the seating in the handicap aisle. We choose that spot so if he stands on his chair it's less disruptive. But overall it was an amazing experience.”
